You can charge the boat’s lithium battery/batteries from any standard 16A marina socket which are universally available.  You don’t need a special ‘car charger’ – the boat is fitted with its own charger.

The boat has an efficient displacement hull, whose design speed is 5.5 knots.  However, most of the boats fitted with an electric or diesel motor will achieve 7 knots.

The majority of harbour or inland waterways have a speed limit of 4-6 knots.

Besides normal anti-fouling, only the anode on the electric drive needs changing yearly.

If the ‘Copper Coat’ option for the hull is specified, then lifting the boat out annually and washing the hull is usually sufficient and only the electric drive unit requires anti-fouling.
